“I am Eva-Maria Talvitie, a pathology specialist working in Turku University Hospital Genomics department in Finland.
As a part of my European Master in Molecular Pathology (EMMP) training, I got the opportunity to do my internship at the LPCE. Under the supervision of one of their brilliant hospital engineers, I got a deep dive into the methods and interpretation of liquid biopsy, practicing variant interpretation and viewing liquid biopsy from both clinical and scientific perspective. Paul, Marius and the other pathologists were very welcoming and helpful. The laboratory atmosphere was positive, organized, and scientifically oriented.
I am grateful for my time in Paul´s and Marius´s laboratory and definitely recommend LPCE for future students !”
